THE RECORD
The record of 7 days is the benchmark set by Brian Milton during his round the world in 80 (flying) days flight. Jay & Dave's record breaking attempt is targeted at reaching Paphos International Airport within 6 days of leaving England. With a small, single engined, open cockpit microlight aircraft which is open to all the elements, this record is never going to be easy to achieve, especially considering the terrain to be covered and weather that could be met along their direct, but hazardous route crossing the Alps and hundreds of miles of sea.
